Scoop It Up! – Liability, Access & Billing Disclaimer

By signing this agreement, the Client (“Property Owner” or “Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Right of Entry

The Client grants the Service Provider permission to access the property listed in this agreement for the purpose of performing animal waste removal services. The Client represents that they are the legal owner of the property or have legal authority to grant such access.

2. Liability for Property Damage

The Service Provider is not responsible for any existing, hidden, or future damage to the property, including but not limited to lawn, landscaping, surfaces, structures, or outdoor items, that may occur as a result of normal and necessary service activities.
The Client agrees that the Service Provider shall not be held liable for any damages arising from:

  • uneven terrain, holes, or natural property conditions,

  • moving through yards, gates, or access areas,

  • contact with outdoor equipment, décor, or fixtures,

  • animal-related hazards that may cause damage during service,

  • or any issues caused by weather, wildlife, or pre-existing property defects.

3. Owner Responsibilities

The Client agrees to ensure safe and reasonable access to the property on scheduled service days, including keeping gates unlocked or providing access codes if necessary. The Client further agrees to secure pets in a way that allows the Service Provider to perform work safely.

4. Customer Cancellations

The Client may cancel services at any time, for any reason, free of charge.
No cancellation fees or penalties will be applied for stopping services, regardless of the service plan selected.

5. Billing Terms: Weekly vs. Monthly Options

Weekly Service Plans

  • Clients selecting a weekly service option are billed per week based on the number of visits scheduled.

  • Weekly billing remains active until the Client cancels, and cancellations may be made at any time without penalty.

Monthly Pass (Three-Month Billing Cycle)

  • Clients selecting the Monthly Pass agree to a three-month billing cycle.

  • Billing repeats every three months unless canceled.

  • The Monthly Pass may also be canceled at any time free of charge, and no future cycles will be billed once cancellation is submitted.

6. Hold Harmless Agreement

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Service Provider harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from property conditions, animals on the premises, or the Client’s failure to provide safe access.

7. Acceptance of Terms

The Client’s signature confirms understanding and acceptance of all terms, including:

  • permission for the Service Provider to enter the property,

  • limited liability for property damage,

  • cancellation rights, and

  • the selected billing structure.
