Because our services are performed in person and involve labor, refunds are generally not issued after a service has already been completed.

Customers pay per week.

If a service has not yet been performed, the upcoming charge may be refunded upon request or cancellation.

Completed weekly services are non-refundable.
Monthly Pass (Three-Month Billing Cycle)

Customers are billed once every three months.

If the customer cancels before the next billing cycle, no future charges will be applied.

Refunds for prepaid cycles may be considered only if no services have been rendered during that paid period.
3. Missed Visits
If a visit is missed due to:

aggressive or loose animals,

unsafe or inaccessible conditions,

or incorrect address information,

4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
We may return to the property to correct the service at no additional charge.
